If you are having troubles logging in, you need to clear your cookies and your cache in your browser. You most likely know what browser you are using. The other thing you need to know is the version number. Click 'help', then 'about____', and a window will pop up telling you the version number. You can clear the cache and the cookies using the methods below. If, after doing this, you still can't sign in, contact me, and let me know the following things:
- Your browser
- The version number of the browser
- Your Operating System (windows XP, Vista, Mac OSX, Leopard etc)
- The URL of the page that you are using to sign in. Please copy and paste the whole URL from the browser. This is VERY important - there are four different sign-in areas for this site, so I need to know which one you had troubles with

Google Chrome
Please note that google chrome is the buggiest browser with this site. Unfortunately, Chrome is still a beta version, which means a few things. First, it means that they haven't worked the bugs out, and second, it means that the code could change at any time while they work the code out. I, as a developer, don't alter my code for beta versions of browsers. It's too much work for something that could change at any given time. So if you use the directions below to clear your cookies and cache, and still cannot sign in, I recommend you try a different browser when using this site.
- Click the wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the toolbar and select Clear browsing data
- Check 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies'
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Everything'
- Click the Clear Browsing Data button
- Restart the browser and try signing in again
